Many EA's are built from a time period in the where the EA is optimized on. If you use it live in the market there a chance it will work fine, but in my opinion a much bigger chance it will not perform at all and loose your money automatically.
You can build Expert advisors yourself, let a freelancer do it for you on your specifications, or you can buy or rent one on the MT4 or MT5 market.
